Character Meet and Greets at Disney World

Character meet and greets at Disney World are back, complete with hugs!  This is one of the post-covid updates that people have been waiting for.  While some character dining experiences have changed (no word on if it’s a permanent change or not), many limitations have been lifted.  Here’s a complete list of the characters you can see and their location at each park.  (Note: Characters that are listed together are paired up during the meet and greets.)

Animal Kingdom

The characters you’re most likely to see at Animal Kingdom are:

Chip n Dale – DinoLand U.S.A. – Upper Cretaceous Trail

Character dining doesn’t just happen in the parks.  Here’s a list of character meet and greets during character dining at Disney World resorts:

Cape May Café (Beach Club Resort) – Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Minnie Mouse

Chef Mickey’s (Contemporary Resort) – Donald Duck, Goofy, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Pluto

Ohana (Polynesian Resort) – Lilo and Stitch (These characters are only at breakfast.)

Topolino’s Terrace (Riviera Resort) – Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse

Storybook Dining at Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge) – Dopey, Grumpy, Snow White, and The Queen

It’s also important to note that characters may show up at resorts at any time of the day.  I’ve stumbled upon many different characters just walking through the lobbies.
